Order Processing

Upon successful payment, our warehouse will arrange the shipment and packaging of your product(s). You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been handed to our courier partner.

Delivery Times

For Singapore orders, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 3pm (SGT) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Cost

All orders within Singapore enjoy free standard shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Modifications

Any requests to amend your purchase order must be made before shipment. Changes requested after your order has been shipped cannot be accommodated.
